    Job purpose

    o   Develop packaging and its specification for all new products, update and maintain packaging spec.

    7. QS Supervisor

    Job purpose

    -  Review, co-ordinate and update Quality System project schedule to ensure that projects progress are in timeline, budgetary and required performance.

    Issue PR and update project spending.

    - Co-ordinate and communicate to project team, related department and supplier to drive project activities

    Handle assignment Quality System projects

         -          TPM,TQM,Internal Audit

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food science, Food technology, Bio-Technology or related field                                                                                                             • Having Experience in QA,QS Function at least 3-5 Years

    • Communication Skill, Project Management skill ,Good command of English and computer skills

    8. Production Supervisor

    Job purpose

    To monitor, plan, measure and supervise daily production operations to achieve target and quality following Production standard instructions and Quality policy

     

    Control System  

    ·         Ensure that all worker’s dress is in accordance with the one specified in the GMP Guidelines including cleanliness and personal hygiene

    ·         Ensure that all safety precautions are being observed by the production staff

    ·         Closely monitor and continuous improve working environment

    ·         Yearly staff evaluation

    ·         Yearly review and setting a section budget

    ·         Yearly review and setting target of section

    ·         Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system

    ·         Ensure proper daily cleaning toward production area, equipment and machinery

    ·         Give relevant production data to Production Manager for updating production records

    ·         Assist and follow instructions given by Production Manager

    ·         Monitor and improve working environment with 5s, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and GMP & HACCP standard including create new activity or reward ensuring employee satisfaction, moral and continuous improvement.

    Cost control

    ·         Closely control and mange FOH expense under section

    ·         Control and minimize wastage of raw materials, indirect materials and products

    ·         Monitoring and control all assets in section

    ·         Closely monitor daily production downtime and record the cause of downtime on respective daily production forms

    ·         Closely monitor the usage of manpower and daily direct labor productivity in the section

    ·         Plan and arrange manpower to suit with variable production plan and also monitor and analyze process trouble to eliminate production loss ensuring productivity improvement target achievement.

    Maintenance and spare parts

    ·         Work with technicians (internal and external) to ensure machine utilization, capacity and performance to meet department’s target

    ·         Work with technicians(internal and external) to ensure new machines to meet department’s target and control spare parts and R&M cost to be within budget

    Company activities

    ·         To be pre-representative to distribute company’s information or news to employees

    ·         Join a company activities; energy saving committee, safety committee, Kaizen team

    Continuous Improvements

    ·         Implement improvement projects to solve problems and improve production process to meet section’s target

    ·         Improvement Project to minimize wastage and increase yield/productivity

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Coordinate with

    ·         Closely work with QA staff to ensure that product quality meets customer’s requirement

    ·         Coordinate with PCM for parts purchasing, material availability and work with supplier, including to control job’s quality

    ·         Coordinate with R&D regional to develop/trial/experiment for new product

    ·         Coordinate with HRD to establish educate or training course for production staffs and technicians to update follow new technology

    ·         Coordinate with production planner in order to properly arrange a weekly production plan regarding to marketing demand

    ·         Coordinate with engineers for immediate repair of machines in order to minimize machine downtime and wastage

    Production control and planning

    ·         Control total 3 production lines; Mincing, Cooking and Processing including to work in shift and Saturday working as assigned

    ·         Issue a weekly production plan and control to ensure that daily production is properly run and met the target

    ·         Section’s performance analysis and propose action plan on monthly meeting

    ·         Solve and prevent any production problem and/or abnormal happening

    ·         Perform a daily/bi-weekly meeting with DL, Line leader and Technician to update a production line problem, solving and prevent any production problem and/or abnormal happening

    Job purpose

    • Supervise the Engineering Department to support day-to-day operational needs 
    • Responsible for administration, control, documentation, maintenance and management of process control systems and procedures  
    • Provide engineering expertise and technical leadership to increase equipment reliability and availability, including assuming responsibility of directing improvement and optimization of process equipment by working with various multi-functional teams such as project, process and maintenance engineering teams 
    • Analyze maintenance and equipment performance data to identify repetitive equipment issues and implement improvement procedures.
    • Control the repair and maintenance expenditure as well as spare part stock at target level   
    • Expected to develop effective preventive maintenance programs, calibration procedures and troubleshooting methods.
